Healthfirst Manager of Deployment & Analytics - Clinical Eligibility in Home Office, New York

The CE Manager of Deployment and Analytics is responsible for managing the end to end process of deploying field RNs to ensure timely UAS assessments are completed on our more than 20,000 MLTC members (including SHP, CompleteCare, PHSP, AE and FIDA). This individual will be tasked with planning, developing, and reviewing the work processes, tools, and KPIs needed to ensure timely and efficient assignment and scheduling to complete all UAS assessments. The individual will collect, analyze, validate and interpret data from multiple sources to construct narrative reports and KPIs to manage resource deployment, influence operations and business decisions.

  • Manage and create an high performing team to perform the scheduling and assignment duties

  • Review, monitor, and improve the scheduling and assignment process on an on-going basis

  • Manipulate, analyze and synthesize large data sets to drive business decisions.

  • Promote understanding of productivity trends and influence discussions and decisions to maintain productivity at needed levels. Create best practices within Clinical Eligibility for the scheduling and assignments process

  • Analyze and interpret impacts of scheduling, assignment, and coverage process changes

  • Interact with regularly with the leadership team of Clinical Eligibility – providing insight, delivering presentations, and detailed analyses.

  • Participate as a key stakeholder in implementation of a scheduling and assignment system

  • Identify opportunities for improvement/automation concerning recurring and ad hoc requests

  • Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Relevant previous work experience

  • Ability to independently achieve objectives and resolve issues under ambiguous circumstances

  • Ability to lead and to provide insight and guidance to multiple stakeholders at Healthfirst

  • Previous exposure to Tableau (with the ability to execute level of detail calculations and parameter controls preferable), Microsoft Excel and Visio (with the ability to create pivot tables and perform v-lookups), Powerpoint, and Outlook

  • Knowledge of UAS related terms such as finalization and disenrollment

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs

  • Prior experience/exposure to systems implementations

  • Process management and process improvement experience

  • Prior supervisory or training experience

  • Strong presentation, communication, analytical data manipulation, and project management, critical thinking skills

  • Visual thinker who can bring their own unique ideas and perspectives to our team
