Healthfirst Clinical Quality Program Manager in New York, New York
The Clinical Quality Program Manager supports the Clinical Quality department by acting as an internal resource for quality measures/programs, including but not limited to CMS Stars, HEDIS and NYS specific measures in support of the Healthfirst Quality Incentive Program (HQIP).
Develop training tools and programs focused on Quality measures included in the Healthfirst provider incentive program
Works with internal provider facing staff on an ongoing and as needed basis on provider incentive program and other quality related initiatives
Provide ongoing assistance and act as a resource for provider facing departments
Ensures that appropriate reporting is in place and reviews reporting regularly to monitor actual to goal performance measures
Leads quality related meetings and determines the appropriate operational focus and course of action to achieve goals
Contribute to creating new processes or services to optimize operational areas
Lead meaningful change and process effectiveness through continuous focus and improvement
Act as a subject matter expert for process document creation
Partner and consult with internal organizations to create and execute training plans
Other duties as assigned
Experience in Quality, performing a wide range of functions with strong focus on data analysis and initiation of improvement initiatives that resulted in desired outcome
Experience in a health care delivery organization, such as a managed care organization
Proficient in MS Office
- RN/LPN/Master’s degree
