Healthfirst Digital Media Manager in New York, New York
The Digital Media Manager is required to have an in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing (PPC, Paid Social, online display advertising, SEO etc.), best practices (conversion, optimization, analytics, etc.) and a proven track record of using keyword research tools, as well as SEO and content optimization, search optimization and analytics tools, and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns. The ideal digital candidate will have experience balancing multiple tasks and deadlines while executing search strategy to deliver and surpass client expectations and goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Digital Media: Plan, manage, and implement PPC, paid social and online display advertising. Work with Healthfirst marketing L.O.B. PMs, and external vendors in executing these programs for member acquisition, retention, brand awareness and education.
Organic Search: Lead search engine optimization efforts on Healthfirst websites and microsites, provide recommendations for improving site structure, page construction, content, keyword lists, page titles, metatags, link strategies, and SEO copy writing. Work to leverage SEO to increase traffic to Healthfirst websites, microsites and other digital properties.
Search Analytics & Reporting: Define, monitor, and analyze Digital Marketing key performance indicators (KPI's) to continually improve campaigns. Develop test plans, manage testing, analyze conversion, and continually optimize digital media programs.
Understand and communicate digital media best practices and new advancements and present methodologies, strategies and recommendations to the marketing group.
Planning & Budgeting: Support department and marketing group in the establishment and management of marketing plans and budgets.
Work with the marketing analytics team to provide data and analysis on digital marketing programs.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in the development of digital marketing strategies.
Experience in the development of digital creative.
Experience managing external media vendors.
Experience tracking and measuring online advertising campaigns.
Experience with Digital Media Platforms, such as MediaMath, Taboola, MediaAlpha, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, Pandora, Spotify, & YouTube.
Experience with Digital Ad Serving Platforms, such as Kenshoo, MightyHive, and Double Verify.
Experience creating integrated marketing campaigns for online and offline media channels.
Strong attention to detail, ability to effectively manage time, and commitment to developing quality work quickly.
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
Understanding of the New York metro marketplace and its diverse communities.
