Healthfirst Program Mgr Delivery System Engagement in New York, New York


The Program Manager - Delivery System Engagement will plan and lead strategic projects based on the needs of the Delivery System Engagement team and will ensure proper change management initiatives are executed to allow for successful project implementation, tracking and reporting out to senior management. This position will report to the Vice President, Delivery System Engagement and will work closely with the Hospital Engagement team to achieve goals aligned to our strategic plan.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Work with the Hospital Engagement team to prioritize and implement projects according to DSE Operational Plan; manage against the DSE Operational Plan to ensure deliverables are met on time

•Define scope and requirements of projects: develop project plans, ensure effective functioning of projects and supervise implementation

•Perform workflow analysis to determine best process solutions for DSE processes and propose new process improvements

•Develop measures to define progress and success; establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators

•Establish regular cadence with the cross-functional teams for results and report out achievements, issues and risks

•Provide timely and accurate updates to all project related documents and facilitate project meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS Project skills to create and maintain detailed schedules following industry best practices including appropriate use of predecessors and successors, task types, constraints and work effort; create milestone reports, time-line views and dynamic schedules to actively manage project work

• Work experience managing projects and programs, which includes system or program implementations

• Work experience managing senior-level internal team members
